Cappelletti with Bacon and Peas

I made this dish using ready-made sausage cappelletti and a few other simple ingredients. You can use any stuffed pasta too, such as ravioli. This can also make a great holiday side dish. Buon appetito!

Serves 4


1 package of ready-made stuffed pasta (I used this one.)

8 strips of bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces

2 tbsps of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1 cup of frozen peas, cooked

1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

parsley for garnish


Cook the pasta following the directions on the package.

In a large pan over medium heat, pour in the olive oil. Cook the garlic for about 1 minute, and then add the pasta.

Add in the bacon and peas and cook until the pasta slightly browns. Add in the parmesan cheese and cook until everything is combined and the cheese has melted.

Turn the heat off. Add some salt, pepper and parsley.
