There is no doubt that water is essential to everyone’s diet. Now that the weather is getting warmer and that we are going outside more, drinking water should be done throughout the day.
Infusing your water can add some flavour and nutrients. If you don’t like the taste of plain water, add some cooling combinations with fruit!
Carry a water bottle everywhere you go–especially when you are doing physical activity. You have to hydrate your body to keep your energy going.
Lastly, drinking water before/after/during your meals is important. There has been a long debate about drinking water during meals–but I personally think it’s fine. Drinking water within your meals quenches your thirst and helps with digestion.
So drink up that H2O!
